Michael Vick all alone in a sea of guilt
So, now Vick is in a box. All three of his fellow potential defendants are accepting deals and have agreed to testify against Vick if the case were to go to trial.
Wow, with buddies like this… who needs enemies?
It will be interesting to see how this plays out for Vick. I think we can pretty much all say that Vick will not be playing in 2007. That’s a given. And, if he it is shown that he bet on these dogs … well… that goes against league conduct policies. As such, he will get a lifetime ban. So, in a plea agreement, he cannot agree to that.
So, it will be interesting to see what kind of deal he gets - if, at all. With the forces stacking up against him, I think it would be smart for him to accept a deal.
My projection is… he gets a deal that lands him in the slammer for 6 months.

i get so tried of reading headlines about actors and professional people getting a slap on the hand,fines and probation!!!if it were me or someone else out of the lime light,jail,jail..why should they be different..professional team owners will over look the faults and crimes of players for the sake of ticket sales..pete rose betted on baseball,he got banishment,the list goes on..high profile players seem to think they are untouchable,dui’s,drug use and even steriod use..when will the owners say enough….NEVER

I think Michael Vic is being punished for alot of the wrong reasons why should he be suspended behind this bull I see so many others who have been in trouble and only received a slap on the wrist. They should rethink this.

We are very very happy to hear that he is “washed up” but I disagree on the 6 month jail. He should be given the very very most max time. But human garbages like him will never repent. He should be locked up with a bunch of vicous pit bulls and be mauled so he feels what every lil animal did go through. But first have him branded with a very very not iron across him hairy chest and hanged and then drowned. We need to do away with this kind of garbabe. If I had a final vote and I were the Judge I would of sentenced him has I have described about. NO MERCY!!!!!!
